🏆 Best Absentee/Early Voting Program

How Targeted Digital Turned Out the Vote in Michigan

In Michigan’s 55th District, State Rep. Mark Tisdel faced steep odds. He was outspent 6.5 to 1. But through precise audience targeting and location-based geofencing—delivered across display, pre-roll, and CTV—Tisdel’s campaign stayed in front of key voters from early voting through Election Day.

Our award-winning platform helped reinforce Tisdel's name ID and get out the vote at critical moments, delivering over 516,000 impressions, high device frequency, and strong pre-roll completion rates. On Election Day, our platform delivered nearly 27,000 impressions, ensuring voters saw his message as they arrived at polling locations—right when it mattered most.

The result? Tisdel doubled his win margin and outperformed other Republicans on the ticket by 3 points. Explore the full strategy behind the win.

🏆 Best Use of Polling Research – Local

Mobilizing the Vote in Pender County

In North Carolina’s Pender County, the local Republican Party needed to energize voters who had largely sat out recent elections. Their goal: mobilize low-propensity Republican voters—those who had participated in zero or just one of the last four general elections. They turned to RepublicanAds.com to make it happen.

Using polling data from i360 and our advanced targeting platform, we built a digital campaign that reached 5,122 GOP voters across mobile devices in the final weeks of the election. The messaging evolved with the moment—early voting ads directed users to ballot locators, while Election Day creative focused on polling place reminders. We updated the audience in real time, suppressing voters who had already cast ballots to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.

The result was a record-setting 85% turnout among the targeted voter pool, with Pender County posting higher turnout in 2024 than it had in the 2020 presidential cycle. The precision of the strategy, combined with flexible execution and optimized delivery, showed what’s possible when data is used not just to inform, but to act.
