The Fellowship Program is a class of talented, hard-working, and creative young leaders who want to make a difference in politics through digital advertising technology. The program is designed to give young leaders the opportunity to affect positive political change while developing their skills as professionals and building their network.

Roles + Responsibilities

The Fellowship Program is currently seeking:

  • Business Development Fellow

The Business Development Fellow is responsible for seeking out new opportunities, following up with leads, and managing client relationships. This position is intended to be highly collaborative with other members of the Business Development Department, C-suite, and heads of other departments. Fellows must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with a willingness to become expert at client management and using multiple online platforms to manage leads and deals. Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, etc.) preferred. 

  • Media Planning + Programmatic Trading Fellow

The Media Planning + Programmatic Trading Fellow is responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns. They are also responsible for evaluating campaign performance, and managing advertising budgets. Fellows are also expected to stay up to date on the latest industry tools and news, as well as work closely with the Accounts Management Department, C-Suite, and heads of other departments. 

  • Technology + Innovation Fellow 

The Technology + Innovation Fellow is expected to research and assist with product development. They are also expected to work closely with Senior Leadership to help implement new integrations and maintain existing ones; as well as engage in platform testing and bug reporting. 

  • Accounts Management Fellow

The Accounts Management Fellow is expected to handle client questions, requests for support, and train clients on new product features. They are also expected to work closely with Business Development and Senior Leadership to ensure client satisfaction across all sectors of the company. 

  • Digital Marketing Fellow

The Digital Media and Marketing Fellow is responsible for monitoring social media channels, developing content, and helping to manage all digital communications. They are expected to work closely with the marketing team as well as Senior Leadership. Experience with, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and Google Ads preferred.

  • Have strong writing skills and acumen to develop, analyze, and improve performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Expectations + Compensation


Applicants must currently be enrolled in a US undergraduate or graduate program. Recent graduates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Program Duration:

The fellowship program is one semester. Applicants are expected to be available for the entire duration of the program. Outstanding Fellows will be considered for full time employment.


Fellows will be compensated with college credit, prominent networking opportunities, and mentorship by industry leaders. 

Work Hours:

Fellows are expected to work up to 20 hours per week. While the position is fully remote, fellows are expected to be generally available from 10am – 6pm Monday through Friday East Coast Time (and occasionally weekends). Management will consider other schedule arrangements as needed.
