Meet Catherine

catherine for county commissioner

Catherine is a local business owner running for county commissioner. She lives in Flagstaff, AZ with her family and is deeply rooted in the community she wants to serve. She is currently unhappy with the current leadership and thinks they are ignoring the needs of the community and failing to adequately promote economic growth in the city. 

Her campaign will be a smaller, local one. While she and her team plan to handle the digital advertising themselves, they aren’t very familiar with digital advertising or how it can help them. This is her first political campaign, outside of some volunteer work she did while in college. 

Potential Challenges:

  • Limited resources
  • Knowledge gap in the areas of digital advertising and marketing in general 
  • Small target audience

Meet Steven

Steven for US Senate

Steven is a US Senator from Texas running for re-election in the US Senate. A seasoned political veteran, Steven has served both as a state house representative and as a US congressional member. Most of his time spent in office was spent drafting and lobbying for a landmark reform bill, and he is passionate about seeing it implemented during the second term. 

Steven’s campaign will be large, state-wide, and have many moving parts. The digital advertising will likely be handled by an agency or a consultant. The team will be large, multi-faceted, and varied in its knowledge of digital advertising. 

Potential Challenges:

  • May not completely understand the benefits of CTV or programmatic advertising in a general sense
  • May still believe television is the only route to success

Meet Clark

Clark for US Senate

Clark is a US Congressman planning to challenge Senator Steven for his seat. He won his district in a historic victory, flipping the historically democrat district to republican. He based this previous campaign on the idea that Texas needed a straight-talker to represent the district in Washington. Part of this marketing strategy involved consistent in-person events and face-to-face meetings with his constituents during the campaigning phase. 

After serving two terms as a Congressman, he wants to effect more change by bringing the same common-sense ideals to the Senate. He does not like Senator Steven’s platform, which he believes is motivated by special-interest groups rather than his constituents.
